There are 2 ski lodges at Shanty Creek. The closest lodge is Cedar River (2400 Troon S, Bellaire, MI 49615). There you can find ski rental, purchase lift tickets, or dine at The River Bistro.
The other ski lodge is Schuss Village (1826 Schuss Mountain Ln, Mancelona, MI 49659). Here you can find ski rental, purchase lift tickets, visit the ski tuning shop, or dine at Ivans.
Using the pool pass (located on the counter in the house) you can access pools at 2 facilities at Shanty Creek. The pass is a key to get into the pool areas below. ($500 if lost during your stay)
Lakeview Hotel (Closest): The Indoor Pool is Open Daily 9am-11pm year-round. The Outdoor Pool is Open Daily, 10am- 10pm but only in the Summer.
Schuss Mountain Lodge: The Indoor Pool is Open Daily, 10am- 10pm
This house also has access to the beach club resort: 5597 Fishermans Paradise Rd. (MEMORIAL DAY TO LABOR DAY)
