Save the time of shopping and packing groceries! Stocked delivers to our ___________ and  fridge before you arrive or while you're out

🕓 Check-In: 4pm (Early Check-in is not possible due to our cleaning crew needing to complete their work)

🅿️ Parking: Free for up to 2 vehicles. Please park in our parking spot marked by the sign with our address "Unit #237-C Lake Ave". 1 extra vehicle can park in guest parking.

🔓 Entry: Refer to email for entry code. Enter using keypad code on Door "C".
Swipe your hand down the front of the keypad to awaken it. Type in the code and the green checkmark. The door lock automatically once you are in the unit, and when you leave.

💡Early Arrival Tip: If you arrive in Traverse City between 11am - 4pm, feel free to park in our parking spot or in guest parking. From here you are an easy walk to downtown and many great places to grab something to eat. Silver Spruce is great for a beer and to relax outside. Firefly is a just quick walk away for lunch and drinks with outdoor seating along the Boardman River.

 Quiet Hours: We just ask that you please respect the residents in the building and neighboring units. Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 7 am. Have fun and enjoy, but do so respectfully :)

🗑 Trash & Recycling: Please bag all trash and make use of the bins in our parking lot.

☕️ Coffee: We have a coffee maker, allowing both a hot water pour and a standard pot of coffee. We provide ground coffee for your use (& cream and sugar!)

🍴 Kitchen: Cooking oils and spices (and salt & pepper) can be found in the cupboards!

Pillows & Blankets: Extra pillows and blankets can be found in the closets of each bedroom.

White Noise/Speakers: We provide a white noise machine and speakers in the two bedrooms and the living room. Please make use of both!
The speakers are connected via Bluetooth

Laundry: The laundry unit is upstairs in the hallway and is available for your use!
*If needed, ironing board can be found along the side of the units.

Pull out couch in living room: The couch in the living room is a pull-out that will sleep two comfortably. Sheets, blankets, and pillows for this can be found in the dresser in the TV stand.

🔒 Check-Out: 11am (We are unable to accommodate late check-out, our cleaning service will arrive at the house promptly at 11am.)

📋 Before checking out we ask that you:

• Please wash all used dishes (just load the dishwasher and run it)


• Strip all the beds (you can put the sheets at the foot of the beds)


• Remove all food from the refrigerator & freezer


• If you have extra trash/ recycling, please take them to the trash bin located to the left when walking outside.


• Close and lock all doors & windows.
