Save the time of shopping and packing groceries! Stocked delivers to our condo and  fridge before you arrive or while you're out

Check-In: 4:00 pm (Early check in is only available with approval from Bayshore Vacations, please message us for assistance).

Parking: Parking is free for 1 vehicle in the lot. We are only given one space. Extra parking can be done on the side streets (first come first serve), or in a downtown TC parking garage.

Entry: You will enter the building with the door code "4113#" and then take the elevator up to the 4th floor. Walk down to the end of the hallway to unit "402". Your door code will be sent the morning of your stay.

***The condo door code will be sent to you one hour before your 4pm check in time.

Early Arrival Tip: If you arrive in Traverse City, after 11am on your Check-in day and  before 4pm, feel free to park in our parking spot if it is available. From here you are an easy walk to downtown and many great places to grab something to eat. Silver Spruce is a great place to grab a beer and relax outside. Firefly is a just quick walk away for lunch and drinks with outdoor seating along the Boardman River.

Wi-Fi & TV Assistance: Use the remote for most operations on the TV. We have the TV set up to the wifi so all you need to do is log into your streaming apps of choice. Just remember to log out!

No password is needed, but just follow the prompts through the building's wifi.

Trash & Recycling: Please bag all trash and make use of the bins in our parking lot.

Coffee: We provide coffee, cream & sugar with a standard coffee pot for your use as well as a Nespresso with a starter set of pods.

Kitchen: Cooking oils and spices (and salt & pepper) can be found in the cupboards.

Pillows & Blankets: Extra pillows and blankets can be found in the closets of each bedroom.

Pets: Your dog must be leashed when outside of unit. Please pick up and dispose of dog poo. Please do not allow them on the beds or furniture. If there is excessive hair/urine/damage we may have to charge you for extra cleaning.

Laundry: The laundry unit is in the kitchen and is available for your use!
*If needed, ironing board can be found in the bedroom closet.

Quiet Hours: We just ask that you please respect the residents in the building and neighboring units. Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 7 am. Have fun and enjoy, but do so respectfully :)

📋 Before checking out we ask that you:

• Please load the dishwasher and run it.


• Place all used towels in the bathrooms.


• Remove all food from the refrigerator & freezer.


• If you have extra trash/ recycling, please take it to the appropriate bins located outside.


• Double check to make sure you have not left any personal items in the property or on the rooftop.


• Close and lock all doors & windows.

Check-Out: 10:00 am. Our cleaning service will arrive at the house promptly at 10 AM. Please message us 24 hours prior to your check out to request a late checkout. Late checkout without approval will be subject to fee.
