The Burdhouse

Welcome! I'm excited to have you as my guest. I've curated this guide to help you fully utilize my home and discover my favorite local places to eat, drink, shop and experience. Enjoy!
Address:
601 W. Front St.
Traverse City, MI (Directions)

Check-In: 3pm (We are typically booked every day and need the entire time between morning checkout and afternoon checkin to clean the house.  Feel free to ask about early checkin but most likely it will be normal time of 3pm)

Parking: Free parking. You may park ANYWHERE in the driveway (doesn't matter if you block it).  There are also 3 spots in the parking lot behind the house.  Park ONLY where you see "Burdhouse signs" (one is right next to the back door and the other 2 are next to the blue house).

Entry: Your entry code is the last 4 digits of your phone number.  Easy to remember!  There are 3 doors, front and 2 sides.  All 3 doors will be coded with a unique code for you to enter and will be provided to you the day of arrival.
Swipe your hand down the front of the keypad to awaken it. Random digits will appear on the keypad.  Hit the number and then the keypad with show all digits.  Enter your arrival code and the door will unlock.  To lock the door, just hit the "lock" image.

Early Arrival TipIf you arrive in Traverse City, after 11am on your Check-in day and  before 3pm, feel free to park in our parking spot if it is available. From here you are an easy walk to downtown and many great places to grab something to eat.
Notes to help you have your best experience at our house.

Save valuable time by having your groceries inside our condo and directly into the fridge before you arrive or while you are out by our firends at Stocked!
