Parking: Parking space 13, please remember to place a guest parking pass on the dashboard of the car. Any additional parking can be done in the guest parking (another side of the white fence). Please limit total cars to (2).

*if the keypad on the door code gives you trouble or you'd prefer to use a key, we have a lockbox on the railing (the one on the left- when looking at our unit) and it's opened with the same code as the door keypad!
Wi-Fi & TV Assistance:
Our tv offers a Roku tv streaming option where you are able to log in to any of your streaming services!

Quirks in Condo:
Our water heater and furnace are located in the kitchen closet, we ask that you leave this be.
The light switch that is directly left of the kitchen closet, we ask islet on (it is the switch for the TV)
Please do not store any belongings in any common areas of the building, including bikes and strollers.
Please no trailers in the parking lot
Please do not hang any items on the balcony railings(this includes beach towels and swimsuits)
No chicken bones, onion skins, eggshells, or anything too firm in the garbage disposal.
Please do not pour grease down the drain, there is a grease can in the freezer**

Trash & Recycling: Across the parking lot, there is a fenced-in dumpster, we ask that you use this to dispose of any trash and recycling.

Kitchen: Cooking oils and spices (and salt & pepper) can be found in the upper corner cabinet in the kitchen.

Pillows & Blankets: Extra pillows and blankets can be found in the lower level entry closet and the closets in the bedrooms.

Laundry: The laundry closet is located in the closet at the top of the stairs. There you can also find the iron and ironing board.

Pull out couch in the living room: The couch in the living room is a pull-out that will sleep two comfortably. Sheets, blankets, and pillows for this can be found in the lower-level closet.

Quiet Hours: 10pm - 7am, We ask that you please respect the residents in this Condo. A $500 charge to renters if police are called by other residents due to noise complaints.

Check-Out: 10 am (We are unable to accommodate late check-out, our cleaning service will arrive at the house promptly at 10 AM.)

Before checking out we ask that you:


  • Please wash all used dishes (you can leave them out to dry on the counter)

  • Strip all the beds (you can put the sheets at the foot of the beds)

  • Remove all food from the refrigerator & freezer

  • If you have extra trash/ recycling, please take them to either the recycling bin located across the parking lot.

  • Close and lock all doors & windows.


Condo Rules:
1. No pets.
2. No smoking anywhere in the building, units, balconies, or within 15 feet of the building and steps. "Smoking" shall include the inhaling, exhaling, burning, or carrying of any lighted cigarette, cigar or other tobacco product, marijuana, vaping, or illegal substance."
3. Quiet Hours: 10 pm-7 am – Including balconies and hallways.
4. Noise should remain at levels considerate of neighbors, next to and below the source at all times.
5. Trash/garbage: Renters are required to remove all trash/garbage to the outdoor containers across the parking lot (within the white fenced-in area). Trash shall not be placed in the hallways or laundry rooms. Recycle bins are located in the laundry rooms for your convenience.
6. No parties or events that may create a noise disturbance or nuisance.
7. Parking: Two passes are left for guest use. Please park in unit 13 space and the other guest to be used in the Bay Park overflow lot behind the white fence.
8. Limit rental guests to 6.
9. Bikes and baby strollers and other personal belongings are prohibited from the residential hallways and porches.
