🕓 Check-In: 4pm (Early Check-in is not possible due to our cleaning crew needing to complete their work)

🅿️ Parking: Room for (3) cars in driveway and parking pad; do not park at the curb of Spider Lake Road overnight

🔓 Entry: Keypad entry code is 5-1-9-7-3 to unlock and simply select the button with the “lock” image to lock from outside

 Quiet Hours: We just ask that you please respect the residents in the building and neighboring units. Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 7 am. Have fun and enjoy, but do so respectfully :)

🗑 Trash & Recycling:

• (2) Bins located outside near driveway fence: Blue lid for trash, Green lid for recycling


•  If you are staying Sunday night, please move the bines to the curb for Monday early a.m. pickup and return to the same position when emptied


• If you arrive and the bins are already at the curb, confirm they are empty and bring them up near the driveway fence position


• DO NOT leave loose bags or garbage at the curb; it will not be picked up and may result in extra guest fees

☕️ Coffee: We have a coffee maker, allowing both a hot water pour and a standard pot of coffee. We provide ground coffee for your use (& cream and sugar!) We also have a Keurig machine. You will need to provide your own K-Cups.

🍴 Kitchen: Everything you would expect in a home kitchen (except the food!) is likely available in the kitchen cabinets and cupboards. Please contact us if you have any questions about specific items.

Pillows & Blankets: Extra pillows and blankets can be found in the closets of each bedroom.

Laundry:

• Washer/Dryer located in the “large” bathroom. Detergent and dryer sheets are provided and can be found in the sink base cabinet.


• Please empty the dryer lint trap after every dryer cycle

🔒 Check-Out: 10am (We are unable to accommodate late check-out. Our cleaning service may arrive at the cottage as early as 10am on check-out day.)

📋 Before checking out we ask that you:

• Please wash all used dishes (just load the dishwasher and run it)


• Remove all food from the refrigerator & freezer


• Place all used bath and kitchen towels in the large bathroom bath tub prior to leaving


• Turn off all lights and televisions


• Close and lock all doors & windows
