Parking

• Choice Privilege Elite Members are welcome to park in the designated parking spots along the west side and south east corner of the parking lot.


• Truck or extended parking can be found along the east side of the parking lot.  Please see the Front Desk Team for additional guidance of where to park your larger or extended vehicle.

Indoor Pool & Hot Tub

• Our indoor pool and hot tub are available 24-hours-a-day.


• Adult swim hours are from 11 PM until 7 AM daily.


• Pool towels are found in the indoor pool and hot tub area.

Exercise Room

• Our exercise room, featuring a treadmill, elliptical, and recumbent bike is located on our 3rd floor.  It’s available from 9 AM until 9 PM each day.

Breakfast:

• Complimentary hot breakfast is served each day from 6 to 10 AM.  You can enjoy ready-to-make waffles and pancakes, a rotating selection of breakfast meats and eggs, hot and cold cereals, yogurt, fruit, muffins, juices, and coffees.

Coffee:

• We offer coffee in our breakfast room 24-hours a day.  Regular and  decaf coffee as well as teas and hot chocolate are available for you to enjoy free of charge.


• Each room is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker.  Coffee pods and amenities are supplied, but you're welcome to bring your own favorite from home.

Housekeeping:

• housekeeping services are supplies-only during your stay. If you need  anything, please call our Front Desk by dialing “0” and we can bring supplies to you. You are welcome to come to the desk as well. If your stay  is 7 days or longer, we will do a full service of the room on every 7th day (or  a set day of the week that we determine for your stay). We will also check  in on you every 3rd day to make sure you have everything you need.

Laundry:

• On-site coin-operated laundry facilities are available to all guests


• Laundry soaps and supplies are available through our Front Desk 24/7


• Iron and ironing boards located in each room

Check-Out

• 11:00 AM on the day of your departure


• Requests for a limited amount of late check-outs are available on a first-come, first-serve basis by dialing "0" from your room phone to reach our Front Desk Team.

Smoking Policy

• Our hotel and all lodging facilities in the State of Michigan are 100% smoke-free.


• Designated smoking areas 25 feet away from all exterior entrances are available.

Pet-Friendly Rooms

• We accept dogs only into designated pet-friendly rooms.


• There is a $20 per dog per night fee.  A portion of this fee is donated to Cherryland Humane Society each year.


• Dog walk/exercise areas can be found along all sides of the hotel, but there is an oversized grassy area on the east side of the hotel.


• Dog clean-up stations are found at each exit except the front doors.  Please clean up after your dog out of respect for all guests of our hotel.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 9 am.  We ask that you please respect all guests of the hotel.  Have fun and enjoy, but do so respectfully :)
