Parking: Parking is free with our parking pass for the parking lot located out front of the building. We have two parking spots for our unit available for your use. Park along the water side along the building. This is the small strip of 8 parking spots near what looks like the back entrance to the restaurant / bar. These are labeled as Residential Parking. Once you get into unit, please grab the two parking passes to place on your dashboard. Any questions please let us know!
*Note: We can only provide 2 parking spaces & unfortunately the parking lot does not allow for overnight parking (outside of our two provided spaces).

Entry: Enter through the black door located under the “Kilkenny’s” sign. There will be a black shadow box with reference to floor use and a keypad located to the left of the door. After hours this door is locked.

The hallway is shared with our neighbors so please respect the common area and do not leave anything out. (The bikes are our neighbors, so please do not use them)

*Note: this door is unlocked during normal business hours so code will not be needed every hour of the day.
Once inside take elevator up to “3R”. The doors will open behind you and ours is the first unit of the two. There is a keypad entry system on the door.

*Note the door automatically locks after it shuts!
