CHECK-IN: You can check into your rental home any time after 4:00 pm on the day of check in. Specific entry information will be provided to you the morning of your arrival.

***Please note it is difficult to accommodate early check-ins with our cleaning services and quality assurance team inspections. However, should you like to request an early check in you may do so through our messaging system with an additional fee.

ENTRY: There will be a keypad on the front door. The code will be emailed to you the morning of check-in.

PARKING:  Parking is designated by unit and marked. Each unit gets one spot, and any guests should park in an unnumbered spot across from the office up by the road. There is no room for boat trailer parking. However, there is off-site boat trailer storage at Timber Ridge just minutes away. Last year the cost was only $10 for the week.

Your parking spot is designated by the cabin you are staying in (ex:15) and is marked accordingly. Each unit only gets one parking spot but there are guest parking spaces that are unnumbered and located by the entrance of the resort.

GROCERY DELIVERY: Do you want to be extra prepared for your stay? Stocked is a local grocery delivery service who is able to do your grocery shopping for you, drop the items off at the home prior to your arrival for ease and immediate fun! Waste no time and get right to relaxing by ordering through Stoked, check out the service out at https://www.stocked-up.com

CHECK-OUT: Check out is at 10:00 am. We are not able to accommodate late check outs due to our cleaning team’s schedule.

COFFEE: Your cabin has a drip coffee maker. We provide ground coffee, cream, sugar, and coffee filters.

BEACH: Our private beach is available for use during your stay! Please be mindful that this is a shared space and do not store beach items on the beach long term.

***The beach is groomed early each morning to ensure a clean and ready beach for you when you wake up each day. Please be sure to bring your beach chairs to the wall at the end of the day to prepare for the grooming in the morning.

LINENS & TOWELS: Each bed will be made upon arrival with an extra set of linens stored in the cabin. The bathroom will be stocked with towels, wash cloths, and hand towels for your stay. Extra towels will be stored in the home, but should you need more, please message us and we will provide you with more. We do NOT provide beach towels, please bring your own and do not use the bathroom towels on the beach.

***During your stay we offer a towel exchange on Wednesdays. Please put your dirty towels in a basket outside your door and we will swap them for you. If you need any emergency towels not on a Wednesdays, please let us know and we will get you more!

HOUSE RULES HIGHLIGHTED:

Quiet hours are daily from 10:00 pm - 7:00 am.

Please bring your beach chairs to the beach wall at the end of the day as the beach gets groomed early in the mornings.
All fireworks are prohibited.
All units and the Lakeshore Resort property is NON-SMOKING.
No pets are allowed.
No parties.
Please be mindful of the shared spaces.
