🅿️ Parking: Spot #204 is reserved for you. Please do not park in any other numbered spots, or your car may be towed. The parking lot for our building is the first lot on your left off of Cypress Street. If you are coming north on N. Division/31, Cypress is the first left after you pass the Dairy Lodge (our building is the white building behind Dairy Lodge). If you are coming south on N. Division/31, Cypress is your first right (right after the dog park). Additional street parking may be available on Randolph.

*make sure to log out before checking out!

*if you experience a WiFi issue or outage, please first try unplugging the router for five minutes and plugging it back in. If the issue still continues, please reach out to BVR!

Quirks of our Condo:

• Please do not store any belongings in any common areas of the building, including bikes and strollers.


• Please no trailers in the parking lot


• Please do not hang any items on the balcony railings(this includes beach towels and swimsuits)

🗑 Trash & Recycling: Please use Condo Building trash bins- located near the back parking lot.

Living Room Couch: There is a pull-out couch that will sleep two comfortably. Sheets, blankets, and pillows for this can be found in the queen bedroom closet.

🧺 Laundry: The laundry is located in the hallway closet.

📋 Before checking out we ask that you:

• Load the dishwasher


• If you have extra trash/ recycling, please take them to either the recycling / trash bins.


• Remove all food and drink from the fridge and freezer


• Do one last sweep for your personal belongings.


• Close and lock all doors & windows

🔒 Check-Out: 10am (We are unable to accommodate late check-out, our cleaning service will arrive at the condo promptly at 10am)

Condo Rules:
1. No pets.
2. No smoking anywhere in the building, units, balconies, or within 15 feet of the building and steps. "Smoking" shall include the inhaling, exhaling, burning, or carrying of any lighted cigarette, cigar or other tobacco product, marijuana, vaping, or illegal substance."
3. Quiet Hours: 10pm-7am – Including balconies and hallways.
4. No parties or events that may create a noise disturbance or nuisance.($500 charge to renters if police are called by other residents due to noise complaints)
5. Limit rental guests to 6.
6. Bikes and baby strollers and other personal belongings are prohibited from the residential hallways and porches.
