  • This home is called Nature's Ridge Pickleball Lodge Spa Retreat - With the "Hog Heaven" Pickleball Barn side on the left & "Holy Cow" on the right as you face the front street side of the home. It is located at the end of Selsey Lane on the right side. It backs up to countryside views. Enjoy the sounds of nature, you'll hear roosters crowing in the distance and likely see a deer or two from the back deck or even on the street.


Heading North towards Traverse City On 37 North, at Chum's Corner US 31/37 North, Turn Left (West), follow US 31 and turn Right on S West Silver Lake Road to LEFT on Boone Rd., Follow Boone Rd.  and turn Left onto Piccadilly Rd., Follow Piccadilly Rd. and turn Right onto Selsey Lane, Nature's Ridge is at the end of Selsey Lane on the Right.

In Traverse City from S. Division Street, Follow N West Silver Lake Road to RIGHT on Boone Rd., Follow Boone Rd.  and turn Left onto Piccadilly Rd., Follow Piccadilly Rd. and turn Right onto Selsey Lane, Nature's Ridge is at the end of Selsey Lane on the Right. NOTE: Selsey Lane's street sign is missing, but it's the first Right towards the end of Piccadilly, there are Townhomes on both sides of Selsey Lane.

SECURITY CAMERA INFORMATION:

Your safety matters. There are security cameras and surveillance of exterior areas is monitored to ensure your safety. It does not look into any interior spaces. Please be advised that if during surveillance of the exterior areas' malicious activity or destructive behavior is observed the security company will contact the owners and they will contact you immediately. Please make sure that your guests are not perpetrators of any sort of destruction to the premises. We expect that our guests will treat our property as if it were their own. If we are made aware this is not the case, do not be surprised if you receive an immediate call from us.

NEIGHBORHOOD QUIET HOURS:

Selsey Lane is a quiet street, Nature's Ridge Pickleball Lodge backs up to a peaceful country landscape. You may even see some farm animals grazing! Please have fun but be conscientious guests and help maintain this quiet peaceful environment throughout your stay. We don't want to jeopardize the great neighborhood relationships we've built over many years and appreciate your help by keeping noise to a minimum especially during the overnight hours from 10pm - 8am.

Parking Instructions:

  • 3 - 4 vehicles can be parked in each of the driveways. Overflow parking may use the driveway and parking area next to the Pickleball Barn.

  • Trailer parking is also available onsite, contact Dan to make arrangements. There is no street parking.

Coffee: Complimentary k-cups are provided for your first few brews the first morning!
We provide coffee filters, cream & sugar with a Keurig combo coffee pot+(k-cup) coffee maker in the main house kitchen for your use. You'll need to bring your own grinder/beans or ground coffee to make pots of coffee for your stay.

Kitchens:
The kitchens are well stocked with plenty of dishes, cutlery, cooking/baking, storage & serving dishes, plastic ware, drinking, wine, cocktail glasses. Small electrical appliances, skillet, toaster, blender, mixer, crock pot are also in kitchen cupboards.

Spices (and salt & pepper) can be found in the cupboards. Paper products for kitchen and bathrooms are provided as well as trash bags. Other kitchen items like plastic wrap, tin foil and plastic storage bags, may be available for your use if left by previous guests, so add these to your checklist items to bring, in case they are needed.

Pillows, linens & blankets:
These are provided, each room will have towels laid out for each guest's use during the stay. Extra pillows and blankets can be found in the closets of each bedroom. Extra towels can be found in the linen closets.

Spa Robes, Crocs & Pool Towels:
These are provided for your use during the stay and should not be taken off the property. Plan to bring your own beach towels & equipment if you're planning a beach day at the lake.

Request a Pack-n-Play or High Chair:
Please inform us if you would like to reserve a Pack-n-Play and/or High Chair for your stay. We'll have them sanitized and ready for you upon arrival. If you'd like to rent additional baby equipment and beach gear, contact Bayshore Baby listed in the Services & Rentals section below.

Laundry:
The laundry units are in the lower level and available for your use!

Prior to your departure, please tidy up Nature's Ridge Pickleball Lodge by doing the following:

  • Remove all perishable items

  • Take out the trash

  • Load and start the dishwashers for both kitchens

  • Leave beds unmade if used, no need to strip them

  • Place all used towels in a pile, in bathroom shower

  • Turn off all lights, electronics and appliances

  • Close and lock all windows and doors


Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it. Thank you!
