🕓 Check In: 4 PM (To request an early check in, please contact your host; extra fees may apply)

🅿️ Parking: 2 garage spaces are available with approximately 4 spaces available on driveway; there is a third garage space but it will not be accessible to guests

🔓 Entry: Please check your Guest Portal link sent to you at booking confirmation

💡Early Arrival Tip: If you arrive in before Check In, we recommend visiting Farm Club for some food and drinks

🛏️🌙🤫 Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 7 AM

🗑 Trash & Recycling: Please bag all trash, deposit in bins out front of the; garbage day is Monday so please wheel the bins to the road by Sunday night and then back to their original location on Monday after pick up

☕️ Coffee: Coffee/tea is central part of hygge so be sure to check out our coffee bar in the kitchen and the accompanying coffee manual

🍴 Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with all the basic spices, oils, and cooking utensils/equipment needed for a standard meal; FYI - we don't provide perishable items like condiments, butter, sauces, etc.

🧺 Towels and Linens: Beds will be made with fresh linens prior to guest arrival, and fresh bath towels, hand towels, and wash clothes will be waiting in the bedrooms

🧺🧼 Laundry: Washer and dryer located on the main floor, accessible via the hallway coming off the kitchen; guests are free to use during their stay

🛋️ Living room: Located next to the entryway, guests will find ample seating, a smart TV, and board games

🔒 Check Out: 10 AM (need to request a late check out? Please request this with you host - extra fees will apply)

📋 Before checking out we ask that you:

Lock all doors & windows

Return all keys to lockbox, if applicable

Return all furniture, items, etc. to original resting place

Wash, dry, put away all kitchenware (optional)

Empty refrigerator/freezer

Check for personal belongings

Notify host of any damaged, broken, missing items, etc.

Turn off all lights, appliances, water

Dispose of garbage in bins and wheel to roadside
