🛜 Wi-Fi & TV Assistance:
Use the remotes for operating TVs. (We have many different remotes throughout our home so please keep remotes in the rooms in you find them)

🔒 Locking home: Use keys located on tray on main floor

Fireplace:
Main floor: Use remote located on mantle to operate fireplace. Do not attempt to adjust on fireplace(This requires professional resetting and charge).
Lower Level: Use thermostat on wall by stairs to fireplace. Do not attempt to adjust on fireplace(This requires professional resetting and charge).

Thermostats and Refrigerator:
Please do not change setting of refrigerators and wine fridge. Please keep thermostat set to Auto

Trash & Recycling:
Please bag all trash and make use of the bins at the base of our driveway

Coffee:
Coffee Maker makes both traditional brewed coffee or pods

Kitchen:
Cooking oils and spices can be found in the cupboards

Laundry:
The laundry room is located on lower level with laundry products provided

Hot Tub/Swim Spa:
Please keep gate closed and locked when not in use(see all rules)
Adjust the temperature, lighting, audio & jets to your preference(explanation of controls)
*Do not adjust master settings(This requires professional resetting and charge).

Gas Grill:
Please turn off propane and clean grates after each use

Patio Furniture:
Please keep covered when not in use. There is a bin on deck containing cushions

Outdoor Fire Pit: Please check for restrictions(current burn status)

Lawn Irrigation:
Lawn is watered daily from 12 am - 7 am

📋 BEFORE CHECKING OUT WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE:

• return all dishes to the floors in which they came from


• wash all used dishes both kitchen and downstairs (just load the dishwasher and run it)


• please CLEAN gas grill & cooking grates


• leave all bedding on beds


• wash and dry towels used for swim spa


• remove food from the refrigerators & freezers


• take trash/recycling to bins located at the base of our driveway near mailboxes


• make sure all debris is removed from outdoor areas


• please DO NOT lock front door at checkout


• CHECK TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL OF YOUR BELONGINGS
