The cherry whiskey is good, strangely good. Without a doubt, the distiller made good on his promise to impart as much flavor into the whiskey as art allows. Aged two years, this 80-proof whiskey delivers hints of tobacco, oak and vanilla. But the tart cherry concentrate (from trees grown right here in the Cherry Capital of the World) is what makes this drink uniquely North and memorable. The finish is smooth, never sweet.
