Check-In

  • 4:00am day of your arrival

  • If you are looking to check in early, please notify us so we can help make that happen.  While not guaranteed, we strive to accommodate every request.


Parking

  • Complimentary on-site parking is available for each room.

  • One parking spot per room is available.

  • If you have a trailer or larger vehicle, please confirm with the Front Desk if and where we can accommodate the parking you require.

WiFi

  • Our WiFi network is an open network.  You simply have to select the network named "Pointes North - Guest," open a browser, and agree to the terms of service.

  • If you have any trouble connecting to the WiFi, please contact the 24-hour tech support team at (877) 885-9775.


Check-Out

  • 11:00am day of your departure

  • Requests for a limited amount of late check-outs are available on a first-come, first-serve basis by dialing "0" from your room phone to reach our Front Desk Team.


Lobby Hours:

  • Our lobby and Front Desk team are available from 7:30 AM to 11 PM daily.

  • Late check-ins can be accommodated by calling the Front Desk at 231-938-9191 by 9 PM on the day of your arrival to ensure we can accommodate your needs for your stay.


Smoking Policy

  • Our hotel and all lodging facilities in the State of Michigan are 100% smoke-free.

  • Designated smoking areas are available on the west and east ends of the parking lot.


Pet Policy

  • Our property is a pet-free property.  Any rooms found to have evidence of a pet will be charged a $250 cleaning fee and the pet will be required to be removed from the property.


Breakfast:

  • Complimentary breakfast is served each day from 7:30 to 10 AM.  You can enjoy grab-n-go breakfast sandwiches, hard-boiled eggs, hot and cold cereals, yogurt, fruit, muffins, breakfast bars, juices, and coffee.


Coffee:

  • We offer coffee in our lobby from 7:30 AM to 10 PM daily.

  • In-room single-cup coffee makers are available.  Regular and decaf coffee is provided.


Beach Use and Fire Pits

  • Our 300-feet of beachfront is available for all registered guests only.  Lounge chairs are available first-come, first-serve.

  • Beach fire pits are available to registered guests.  Please see the Front Desk for firewood and lighting material.

  • Extinguish all fires with water before leaving the beach area.

  • Quiet hours noted below for the property include the beach area.

  • Beach towels are found in the lobby area.


Outdoor Pool

  • Our seasonal heated outdoor pool is available from 9 AM to 10 PM during the season.

  • Pool towels are found in the lobby area.


Housekeeping:

  • Housekeeping services are supplies-only during your stay. If you need  anything, please call our Front Desk by dialing “0” and we can bring supplies to you. You are welcome to come to the desk as well. If your stay  is 7 days or longer, we will do a full service of the room on every 7th day (or  a set day of the week that we determine for your stay). We will also check  in on you every 3rd day to make sure you have everything you need.


Guest Laundry:

  • Unfortunately, there are no guest laundry facilities onsite.  The nearest local laundromat is located HERE.

Quiet Hours

  • Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 9 am.  We ask that you please respect all guests of the hotel.  Have fun and enjoy, but do so respectfully :)
