Save the time of shopping and packing groceries! Stocked delivers to the Lil' Lakeshore Cabin and fridge and can stock the refrigerator, cupboards, etc. before you arrive or while you're out

🕓 Check-In: Is at 10 AM. Guests may request an early check-in for an extra fee, but the request needs to be approved by the cleaning crew and will therefore require advance notice.

🅿️ Parking: There is room for up to 2 vehicles on the driveway. Please keep vehicles off the lawn.

🔓 Entry: You'll use the smart lock, located on the front door. The code is the final four digits of the booking person's phone number. To open the door, first press the check button on the lower left side of the keypad, then the four digit code. To lock up, simply pull the door handle shut, press the x/lock button and listen for the lock to engage.

🔑 Spare Keys: In the event of a lock out, the lockbox is located on the exterior door handle of the adjacent barn - to the right of the main entrance. The code is 4004 and

💡Early Arrival Tip: If you arrive in Traverse City between 11am - 4pm, feel free to park in our parking spot or in guest parking. From here you are an easy walk to downtown and many great places to grab something to eat. Silver Spruce is great for a beer and to relax outside. Firefly is a just quick walk away for lunch and drinks with outdoor seating along the Boardman River.

🤫 Quiet Hours: Quiet hours outside are from 10 PM - 7 AM - please be mindful of the neighbors during this time

🗑 Trash & Recycling: Please bag all trash and put into the bins outside - please roll to roadside on Thursday night and back to designated spot on Friday after trash pick up

☕️ Coffee: The coffee bar is fully stocked and has a Keurig single serve machine, french press, pour over carafe, a tea pot, electric kettle, coffee grinder, whole beans, sugar, cinnamon, hot cocoa mix, and dehydrated marshmallows; guests will need to bring their own creamer, milk, or other perishable items

🍴 Kitchen: Cooking oils, spices, and salt & pepper are onsite and available for guest use

🧺Laundry: The washer + dryer stack is located in the bathroom and guests are free to use it. Be sure to only use the provided HE detergent pods. Also, the iron + ironing board can be found along the side of the washing machine/dryer stack

🛏️Couch/trundle bed: Is located in the living room and converts into two twin beds; the bedding + towels allocated for these are labeled and located in the bedroom's dresser

📋 Before checking out we ask that you:

• Bag all trash and deposit in outside bins


• Turn off all lights, appliances, water


• Lock all doors & windows


• Return all keys to lockbox, if applicable


• Return all furniture, items, etc. to original resting place


• Please wash all used dishes (just load the dishwasher and run it)


• Remove all food from the refrigerator & freezer


• Check for personal belongings


• Notify host of any damaged, broken, missing items, etc.
